Sweat Kingdom Saunas stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. This 3-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is our commitment to you as the original purchaser that your sauna will be free from structural and manufacturing defects for three (3) years from the date of delivery. Please read the terms below carefully, as they define the scope and limitations of your coverage.

1. Warranty Coverage

Subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in this Warranty, Sweat Kingdom Saunas warrants that your sauna will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of three (3) years from the original delivery date.

This Warranty covers the following:

  • Structural defects in the sauna frame, walls, or flooring arising from the manufacturing process
  • Defects in factory-installed components that render the sauna non-functional under normal use
  • Material failures directly attributable to errors in the manufacturing process

2. Who Is Covered

This Warranty extends solely to the original purchaser of the sauna and is non-transferable. It applies only to products purchased directly from Sweat Kingdom Saunas and is valid for personal, residential use only. Commercial, rental, or shared-facility use is not covered under this Warranty.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover, and Sweat Kingdom Saunas will not be liable for, any of the following:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by accidents, acts of nature, flooding, fire, or other external forces
  • Cosmetic deterioration such as surface scratches, fading, or discoloration that does not affect functionality
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Sweat Kingdom Saunas or an authorized service provider
  • Normal wear and tear over the course of regular use
  • Damage arising from failure to follow the care, maintenance, or operating instructions provided with the product
  • Damage caused by use of incompatible accessories, attachments, or third-party components
  • Transit or shipping damage, which must be reported separately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers

4. Limitation of Remedy

In the event a valid warranty claim is approved, Sweat Kingdom Saunas’ sole obligation, at its discretion, will be to:

  • Repair the defective component or portion of the sauna
  • Replace the defective component with a new or functionally equivalent part
  • Replace the unit entirely, if repair or partial replacement is not feasible

Sweat Kingdom Saunas will not be responsible for any costs beyond the direct remedy described above. The following costs are expressly excluded from warranty coverage and remain the sole responsibility of the customer:

  • Labor, installation, or contractor fees of any kind
  • Electrical work, wiring, or circuit upgrades
  • Removal, disposal, or reinstallation of the sauna unit
  • Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any nature

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team by email at support@sweatkingdom.com. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The date of delivery
  • A detailed description of the defect or issue
  • Clear photographs or video clearly showing the defect

Our team will review your submission and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may request additional information, photographs, or documentation in order to evaluate your claim. Do not ship or return any product without prior written authorization from Sweat Kingdom Saunas — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Many warranty issues can be resolved remotely through technical support or replacement parts shipped directly to you. Our team will always attempt to find the fastest and least disruptive resolution possible.

6. Warranty Period & Commencement

The warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date of your sauna and runs for three (3) consecutive years. Claims submitted after the three-year warranty period has expired will not be honored. Sweat Kingdom Saunas reserves the right to request proof of purchase and delivery confirmation to verify that a claim falls within the covered period.

7. Warranty Voiding Conditions

This Warranty will be considered null and void if any of the following conditions are found to apply:

  • The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized party
  • The serial number or product identification has been removed, altered, or made illegible
  • The sauna has been used for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes
  • The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or through unofficial channels

8. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY SWEAT KINGDOM SAUNAS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SWEAT KINGDOM SAUNAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sweat Kingdom Saunas is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by location.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your coverage.
