Shipping Policy

Sweat Kingdom Saunas

Domestic Shipping — United States Only

At Sweat Kingdom Saunas, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Because our saunas are large, heavy products that require specialized handling, all orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your sauna arrives at your door.

1. Shipping Destinations

Sweat Kingdom Saunas currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us at support@sweatkingdom.com before placing your order.

2. Shipping Rates

Modular Saunas

All modular sauna orders ship at a flat rate of $450, regardless of your location within the contiguous United States. This rate covers standard curbside LTL freight delivery.

Large & Custom Saunas

Due to their size, weight, and unique configurations, large and custom sauna orders are quoted on an individual basis. Shipping costs for these orders will be calculated and communicated to you at the time of purchase or during the order confirmation process. Final shipping charges must be agreed upon before your order is dispatched.

3. Order Processing & Lead Times

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Processing times vary depending on product availability and order complexity. Once your order has been prepared and handed off to the freight carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking information.

Please note that estimated transit times provided by the freight carrier are not guaranteed. Sweat Kingdom Saunas is not responsible for carrier delays resulting from weather, high freight volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. How LTL Freight Delivery Works

LTL freight shipping differs from standard parcel delivery. Here is what you can expect:

  • Your sauna will ship on a pallet via a regional or national freight carrier.
  • Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you by phone and/or email to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Standard delivery is curbside only — the driver will unload the pallet at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible curb. Moving the sauna inside is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
  • Delivery to upper floors, interior rooms, or locations requiring special access is not included in standard shipping and may incur additional charges.

5. Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, you must respond within 3 days of the carrier’s first contact attempt to schedule your delivery appointment. Both the freight carrier and Sweat Kingdom Saunas will make up to two (2) contact attempts each — via phone and email — for a combined total of four (4) attempts.

If we are unable to reach you after all four attempts, your unit will be rerouted back to our facility and a $1,495 rerouting fee will apply. Please ensure your contact information on file is accurate and that someone is available to receive your delivery.

Sweat Kingdom Saunas is not responsible for missed delivery attempts caused by inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete contact information provided by the customer.

6. Additional Delivery Fees

The following circumstances may result in additional charges billed to the customer:

  • Delivery rescheduling or changes made after the shipment has left our facility
  • Redelivery attempts resulting from a missed appointment
  • Storage fees incurred at the freight terminal due to delayed scheduling by the customer

7. Inspecting Your Delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt, please take the time to carefully inspect all packaging for signs of damage. While it is common for outer cartons to show minor scuffs or wear after a long freight journey, visible damage to the sauna itself must be addressed immediately.

If you observe physical damage to the sauna at the time of delivery:

  • Write “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Photograph the packaging and the damaged areas of the product.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your photos and a description of the damage to support@sweatkingdom.com.

Damage claims not reported within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution through the freight carrier. Shipping damage is handled separately from manufacturing defects and is not covered under the Limited Warranty.
