These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Sweat Kingdom Saunas, LLC (“Sweat Kingdom Saunas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, creating an account, or completing a purchase on our website or through any other sales channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with your purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By purchasing from Sweat Kingdom Saunas, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are purchasing the product for personal, residential use. 3. Products & Pricing
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including dimensions, materials, and features. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are entirely free from errors or omissions. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sweat Kingdom Saunas reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to the completion of a purchase. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address and the tax laws of the relevant jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local, state, or federal government in connection with your purchase.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, contain errors, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a separate financing arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing. By submitting payment, you authorize Sweat Kingdom Saunas to charge the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Cancellations are subject to applicable processing and administrative fees as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within the contiguous United States via LTL freight carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sweat Kingdom Saunas is not liable for delays caused by the freight carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for being available to receive delivery, providing accurate contact information, and inspecting the shipment upon arrival. Full details regarding shipping rates, delivery scheduling, damage reporting, and related fees are set forth in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Customer Purchase & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to those terms. Key provisions include a 30-day in-home trial period, customer responsibility for return freight costs, and eligibility requirements that must be satisfied for a refund to be issued.
3. Limited Warranty
Each sauna sold by Sweat Kingdom Saunas is covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The warranty covers structural and manufacturing defects under normal residential use and is subject to the exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures described in the warranty document. No other warranty, express or implied, is provided beyond what is stated therein.
3. Installation & Safety
The customer is solely responsible for the proper installation, electrical setup, and ongoing maintenance of their sauna. Sweat Kingdom Saunas strongly recommends that all electrical work be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local building codes and the manufacturer’s installation guidelines.
By purchasing a sauna from Sweat Kingdom Saunas, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Sauna use carries inherent health and safety risks. You are responsible for consulting with a qualified medical professional before use, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.
- Children, elderly individuals, pregnant women, and those with certain medical conditions should not use a sauna without prior medical clearance.
- Sweat Kingdom Saunas is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm arising from the use or misuse of the product.
- All installation and use must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sweat Kingdom Saunas website and in our marketing materials — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and branding — is the exclusive property of Sweat Kingdom Saunas, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use our website, products, or services to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with an order or warranty claim
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or systems
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEAT KINGDOM SAUNAS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweat Kingdom Saunas, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your purchase, use of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
3. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@sweatkingdom.com and provide a written description of your dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Binding Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of [STATE]. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND SWEAT KINGDOM SAUNAS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Exceptions
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Customer Purchase & Return Policy, 3-Year Limited Warranty, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sweat Kingdom Saunas, LLC with respect to your purchase and use of our products. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the same subject matter.
